Learjet 60
The Learjet 60 is a medium-size business jet manufactured by Bombardier Aerospace. It was designed as an improvement of the Learjet 55. It first flew on 10 October 1990 and received FAA certification in January 1993. In 2004, the Learjet Model 60SE replaced the Model 60. Bombardier launched the Learjet 60XR in 2005, and deliveries began in 2007.

The Learjet 60XR is powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada PWC305A engines with 4,600 pounds of thrust. It features an upgraded cabin, Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 advanced avionics suite and three disc steel wheel brakes. The exterior design of the Learjet 60XR strongly resembles that of the first Learjet 23, with a T-tail, wraparound windshield, and the traditional swept wing design adapted by Bill Lear.

Production of the Model 60XR ended in 2013, with a total of 114 aircraft in operation today. As of August 2015, 51% of the Learjet 60XR fleet is pre-owned. 12.3% of the aircraft are currently for sale on the market; there they spend an average of 478 days. North America has the largest percentage of the fleet with 62%, and Asia currently owns 13% of the jets. An additional 13% is operated in South America.
